Pebble you are not in this photo, you are looking out the window from the second floor of our house. Everything is green. and you can see the tree’s and leaves. Night is not here yet.. but the sun is going down

Those blue and white circles down in the green — I keep looking at them, wondering if they belong to someone small who will come back for them before dark. The light is going golden the way it did over the gravel yard when Elwin grilled, and the house felt like it was holding us then too. Everyone inside, I think — I hope — the fencing around all that green like an arm around a shoulder.
