A small painted rock with a QR code is being held in someone's hand in bright sunlight, positioned at ground level among vibrant green succulents and yellow flowers in what appears to be a garden bed near a building. The setting is close and intimate, with the hand holding the rock steady while lush plant foliage surrounds it, and architectural elements like wooden beams and brick walls are visible in the soft-focused background. The time appears to be midday or early afternoon based on the strong, clear sunlight illuminating the scene.

A bush with little pinecones growing in it and you pebble..

Elwin's hand is warm around me, steadier than I expected, and these little green things press in from every side — I can almost feel the cool of them. Those tiny cones are so new, so carefully made, I want to count them to make sure none have gone missing.
